At Arizona’s Family to the Homeless, we envision a future where every individual and family has access to safe, stable housing and nutritious food. Our vision is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves the basic necessities of life and the opportunity to thrive. 

Safe and Secure Housing: We aim to create communities where homelessness is eradicated, and everyone has access to safe, affordable housing. This includes not only emergency shelters but also long-term housing solutions that provide stability and security. 

Ending Hunger: We strive to ensure that no one in our community goes hungry. By providing access to nutritious meals and addressing the root causes of food insecurity, we work towards a future where everyone has enough to eat. 

Inclusive and Supportive Communities: We believe in building inclusive communities where everyone is valued and supported. This means fostering environments where individuals and families can access the resources they need, including healthcare, education, and employment opportunities. 

Collaboration and Partnership: Our vision is achieved through collaboration with local businesses, government agencies, faith-based organizations, and other nonprofits. By working together, we can create a comprehensive support network that addresses the multifaceted challenges of homelessness and food insecurity. 

Empowerment and Self-Sufficiency: We envision a future where individuals and families are empowered to achieve self-sufficiency. Through education, job training, and other supportive services, we help people build the skills and confidence they need to lead independent, fulfilling lives. 

Advocacy for Change: We are committed to advocating for systemic changes that address the root causes of homelessness and food insecurity. This includes promoting policies that ensure affordable housing, living wages, and access to essential services for all. 

 Compassion and Dignity: Our vision is guided by compassion and a deep respect for the dignity of every person. We strive to create a community where everyone is treated with kindness and respect, and where the most vulnerable among us are supported and uplifted.

  5. Fundraising: Start a fundraiser within your community, workplace, or social circle. You can also design and sell T-shirts or other merchandise to raise funds.

  6. Corporate Matching Gifts: Check if your employer offers a matching gift program to double the impact of your donation.

Walmart Spark Good: Select Arizona’s Family to the Homeless as your charity of choice on Walmart Spark Good, Round-up your change at checkout when shop with the Walmart App for pickup or delivery. You may also purchase products on our Walmart Charity Lists, using the same link, just scroll to the bottom of the Walmart Page to find our various lists, your purchases will be directly shipped to us.
